September 15, 2015 held at Wrentham Manor
- Call to Order at 6:00 p.m.; Announcement: recording of meeting
- Roll Call: ~Mr. Hall will be late; Mr. Sposato assembled the meeting until 6:30 p.m..
- Public Input
- Mrs. Cohen stated that the tread tape on the left side of building 40 needs to be replaced, will the no smoking policy be enforced, inquired about taking shelter in the “basement” and tenant activities. Mrs. Bergeron addressed all of the above questions/issues.
- Mrs. Hutchins indicated that the Authority has a fire recently. Mrs. Bergeron explained that there was no fire; there was smoke only.
- Mrs. Kermode wanted particulars on the no smoking policy. Mrs. Messina asked if smoking allowed
- Mrs. Penney indicated that the utility closet was open in her building.

- Motion to accept minutes made by Mrs. Sacco, seconded by Mr. Sposato, all in favor, Mrs. Lavallee and Mrs. Cartier abstained, motion carried.

- Mrs. Bergeron answered all questions aptly.

- Executive Director’s Report
- Status quo in regard to administrative duties.
- Attended Town of Bellingham Local Emergency Planning Committee Boil Water meeting.
- Met with Richard Latour, local Coordinator for MEMA and Deputy Chief Mark Poirier to discuss emergency plan.
- Dedicated time/effort to water pipe damage at Wrentham Manor.

- Tenant/Participant Activity- State-aided: Processed two new admissions and two transfers
- Received forty-nine applications, sent out twenty-six applications.
- MRVP: administered two annual reexams, three interim changes and one end of participation.
- HCV: processed five annual reexams, four interim reexams, updated one HQS, completed one End of Participation and one issuance of voucher; submitted HUD Form 50058.
- 667-1 Vinyl Siding complete.
- Waiting for contract approval for 667-1 Depot Court roofs.
- Completed 705-2 21 Arthur St sewer pipe reline.
- Conducted three Private Conferences.
- Presented one Summary Process with Worcester Housing Court.
- Discussion regarding vacant maintenance position. Mrs. Bergeron suggested reverting the position for full-time; discussion ensued. Tabled until October meeting. Suggested to bring in Mr. Conlon.
- Any other business that may legally come before the board
- Mr. Hall suggested that the documents for board meetings be sent electronically; discussion ensued; tabled.
- Discussion regarding October meeting. Mrs. Sacco made a motion to hold the meeting on October 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
